| Description | This publication is devoted to the issue of eliminating corporal punishment used against children. The authors briefly cover the history of corporal punishment, and then indicate the instruments and initiatives used to eradicate it. Finally, on the basis of 2018 data, they create a picture of the social attitudes Poles have towards the issue of corporal punishment. The book is enhanced with selected legal documents, speeches given by the Children's Ombudsman and materials from social campaigns dealing with the problem of violence against children. |
